If you post themes to this site, you agree to the following:

You will not use the Site to violate anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. By submitting material to the Site, You are representing that You are the owner of the material, or are making Your submission with the express consent of the owner. Submitting material that is the property of another, without the consent of its owner, is not only a violation of this agreement, but may also subject You to legal liability for infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
You are the original owner/creator of the theme that you are submitting, or you have permission from the original owner/creator to post the theme at PPCT. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEMES FROM OTHER SITES AND THEN UPLOAD THEM UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU DIDN'T CREATE THEM.
You are responsible and liable for any legal issues that might arise related to copyright infringement caused by themes that you upload.
PPCT has the final decision in what gets shared on our site. If a dispute arises for any reason (content, ownership, copyright, etc.), PPCT will remove the theme from the library.
If your uploaded themes contain adult content, they may be placed in a restricted-access section of the site where users will be charged a one-time $9.95 fee to view/download them.
